"Transformative" Would Be An Understatement

To say that my experience with Caroline was transformative would be an understatement.

I came to Caroline thinking that my 25-year career was over and that I was a dinosaur in an industry that had passed me by. I was convinced that a transition to a new career would re-ignite my sense of curiosity and jump-start the drive that had been the hallmark of my prior success.

Our work together helped me uncover deeply-rooted beliefs that were holding me back from understanding my value. Caroline's patient and persistent guidance was a constant source of strength and support during this turbulent period (there was a lot to uncover here!).

I feel more capable than I have in years and with 25 years of experience backing me up, I am in full beast mode!
